Elimination arenas back together?

The ideas for it is that Elim will indefinitely alternate between Warbird and Jav elims. The votes for deaths will be from 5-10 to prevent one ship elim to be dominating the arena.

The rating calculation will be as per Randedl's thread from long ago which states: Kills/deaths * Ave , where the Ave is capped at 500.

Maybe not many people have noticed but it's pretty obvious to me that the amount of multi-shipped people have greatly decreased in the last years. I'm pretty sure that if the elims were put back together and people were semi-forced to play warbirds aswell as javs that maybe some of the newer players will get better in both ships. Looks to me only the older people who are becoming more inactive every year can really do well in both ships and it stands to reason with the declining population that squads would need more multi-shipped people. I've been seeing the "we played a wb/jav-line" excuse much too often lately.
