If it bothers someone and he makes a ?cheater call on it or messages a staffer
we'll deal with it. Each case is handled individually, we have a lot of people from
different countries on staff so we can ask the mod chat if anyone can
understand that specific language, and most of european people know more than
just one language. If not, tough luck, I'm not going through the internet's dictionaries.
Of course we'll need to see a sample with our own eyes.

And just incase you weren't aware, you can't see the warnings given to other players by staff members. Perhaps they were warned if staff was present and NOT afk at the scene ^.^

Even if someone were to try to translate it, that's still not enough on it's own; it'd be one person's word against another's.

This is not true, I've warned/banned for racism in another language where I had to get someone to translate. To avoid the "one person's word against another" issue, you can ask more than one people to translate separately.

Schope, in response to your original question, it's never ok to use racism in any language. Maybe the person wasn't warned/banned because no staffer was there. Or if there was, they didn't realise it was racist so didn't think to get anyone to translate.

Also, are you 100% sure they weren't warned? We don't announce to the world when someone is warned.
