Well, I was playing wow for about 2 years, but it requires just too much time so now I'm playing SS again. My computer is starting to be pretty crappy by modern standards so new games don't run well enough. So for me it's the combination of
1) Small time requirement, low comp reqs.
2) Competition (by this I mean leagues, without them there would be no motivation to play really... the "fun factor" got lost several years ago)
