In less than a months period of time, this happened within 4 weeks. This was the period of time in which, not quite this full period, but just less than a period, and I'm not referring to a girls period, that period for girls. Neither do i mean that period that a young girl might have during the day with her other school friends; that period of the day for studying subjects like math and science. Of course those would be 2 separate periods, but none are in that period of a months period, which still might seem like that period for a girl and not that period for school... :wacko:

Don't be so fast to jump on the bandwagon, watch your step.

Alot of staffers have been coming to me feeling i was directing my cause for leaving at them. I was a bit uninformative when i made my earlier post but I didnt want to leak staff secrets etc. Here are a few reasons for leaving.

-Known racists are being recruited into staff, along with others that are just friends of kim or azn so kim speaks with them constantly.

I don't think I've hired a single close friend / squad mate since having this position. My only exception would probably be Accord <ZH>, and I'm very hard on him because of this. You may ask him if you like. I speak with new recruits twice, once to find out more information about their activity/background/interests in staff. People who constantly come to me looking for a little perk, is definitely in the wrong place.

-I caught an smod cheating in go base. I went to the first dean on about this and he gave me a silly excuse just as the smod i caught cheating did and backed the smod just like upper staff always does. Go to the other dean about this and a slap on the hand was made of this to get me to drop it.

I asked Nycle the day you told me this, he told me he had packetloss. You claimed he was using UFO in the base game, but you may have been overly influenced by the situation because you were playing against him. He cannot use UFO unassisted without TWBot.

-The constant battle of staff that are squadded with people involved with cheater calls and the ones that are not squaded with the people involved. Follow the damn rules if you are in the squad of the cheater or person involved in cheating stay out of it and quit arguing with the staffers taking the call.

This is probably the most pressing issue you have addressed. I'm glad you shared this with the public. Rest assured that everytime this occurs, about 2-3 staffers jump on them for this, so it isn't going on unheard. Some newer staffers have been confused on the difference between taking a help call saying something like "can asdf <ER> help me with this?" and it digresses towards a call thats a slight complaint about the staffer, and they take it as a reflex. This has been brought to the attention of numerous upper staff and will not go unnoticed.

-Left_Eye you are a friend of mine but just as everyone in staff is pointing out behind your back, anytime you get more power you abuse it. The ER's are getting sick of this along with a few upper staff i have spoken to.

Unless you have people coming forward about this issue, I see no reason to press onwards.

-While i am taking 20 calls and running from twd to twd trying to appease everyone in trench wars all of staff is having a good chat on staff chat and not taking a call or wishing to help(This isnt all the time only a daily occurence). Acting AFK also pisses me off not rubbing it in my face as bad but still angers me.

I guess its the nature of things. We can't start punishing people for being afk, requiring that they logout as some kind of a rule would be absurd. So we will assume that when these people are not afk or playing in a game themselves that they do contribute, based on their monthly stats.

-Chao chao chao. Lets just say i havent seen such an abusive ER in a looong time. Maybe one day kim will step up and do something about you eh?

He was worse when he was first recruited, and upon rehiring, I clearly stated to him we won't be taking him back unless he has addressed his angst-style of ways within staff. Sure it hasn't come full circle and he hasn't been the most co-operative staffer at times, but he has held back on certain situations where a fight could possibly occur. I certainly do see improvement in his behaviour. I've been on for about 1/3 of the events he hosts, and I have not seen a cheater call about any abuse, nor have Kolar forwarded to me and complaints about him.

Kimberly i understand you must defend yourself and your position in any way possible but lieing through your teeth and tryin to make everything I say look like it never happened or was previously being taken care of is a bit stupid. You enjoy your position while it lasts kimberly, and do your best at making up these explanations as to why you cant do your job properly. You will need them throughout your term as dean.

Oh and just to point out how amazingly thought out kims explanations are. When i busted nycle in base he was subbed into the game on the other freq. He appeared in our cram after being subbed in and began bouncing up and down in cram moving from wall to wall. We unloaded on him and he tanked all after 30 seconds of this he was subbed out. I was messin with him and said he ufo's and warpto'd. He told me was alttabbed the entire match. When i asked Pred how someone alttabbed can move up and down for 30 seconds he said that people in mambo been doin it for years and i shouldnt ask questions. Kimberly says that Nycle says it was lag so it was lag and nycle isnt allowed to play with a 600ms anymore. Who is allowed to play with a 600ms in the first place kimberly? And how did he move up and down when he was altabbed kimberly? Remember you made me drop that cause you couldnt come up with the answers and you were too busy protecting upper staff.

While I think you have some valid points Shayde I wish you could have talked to the rest of us first before posting this and leaving. I really see no good reason why Kim, Weaver, Pure_Luck and the rest would be protecting a upper staff member who uses CE. If only to keep up appearances and move him out quietly and quickly but it just isn't how things work here. Staff firing is anything but quite these days.

Mkay pred figures you take back what you said soon as its public. Dont tell me we never had that conversation correct? And yes im sure that has happened often in your inactive career but that actually never happens. A "clitch" in the game LOL. If you see me as being disrespectful its prolly because after your performance as dean i have no respect for you. Also as kim told me earlier the reason nothing was done about nycle is cause i had no proof. Odd how if i see a person using CE i can ban them on sight. If i see a staffer using a CE i have to somehow come up with proof.
