I'm all for giving it time, but must mention that in the past leagues that had a summer start, the input and turnout have dwindled, hence my suggestion of a fall league.


SB is the only league I would participate in at this time too...so I am not against it, but would rather see it work and not fizzle out mid season.

Take your time and lets make sure it works.

Ways to make strikeball a success

1) introduce new population, that means keep the arena full of people, don't sit in spec, move to other sb arenas, invite your friends, train up and play with guys who are clearly newer

2) staff support, host sb, maybe even in multiple arenas so more people can play

3) have a well run website with rules, teams, updates all WELL ahead of any league

4) Fall league, summer is nice outside, girls are in bikinis, guys like girls, and voila, no teams to play your league

5) Do it right. A lot of the time things have been half assed, or rushed, or had no staff support, don't do this again as this may be SB's last, best chance to be a league worth playing in. Fall league, advertise for it during the summer, and go go go.

Why not, different courts in one arena. Pm to a bot in which court you want to play.
