Now, it's been attempted to revive belim this weekend, yet I've seen nothing relating this to the fact that the rankings have been fixed.

I think almost every advert done for baseelim so far has included that RANKINGS HAVE BEEN FIXED. Even if you enter the arena it tells you so if you missed it before you went there.
