I knew we had a significant Finnish (sp?) presence... but interestingly enough, we are ranked in the top 5000 websites in Estonia... compared to 44,000 in the US or hell.. even 42,000 in Finland.





Yeah I realize this is just stats for trenchwars.org (versus stats for the game server) ... but it's still a pretty good approximation of how the Trenchwars community is fairing.. and according to this we are growing in population OR more users are visiting the websites.

Either way.. gives you an interesting perspective on the population within Trenchwars.

Also suprising to me is that almost half the traffic to our domain is to the TWD pages, not the forums.

if not, then it does look like the forums are more popular. although the content is kind eh.

hm.. never thought about those things... really good points though. But I'm not too knowledgable about bots and where the game's various pieces are hosted and such.

Nope

The bots only use the database and don't actually request the pages from the TWD website like you and me. Because of this they can't increase hit rates on trenchwars.org in any way.
