There's a setting in zone config that happens to be named RepelTime, which translates to how long a player will remain influenced by a rep. During this period, there's no limit as to speed (well not quite, but for simplicities' sake..) - to take into account the possibility of having a rep speed greater than ship speed. In a trench context, take the example of one lev repping another as a demo.
