Nah, I'd say the new weasel is more different from wb than, say, spider, because weasel is the only small ship. In fact, remove the cloak entirely, and maybe add one repel to make up for it and to make the ship more unique still. Doesn't pretty much everyone hate those cloaking fuckers anyway? Except the cloakers themselves. With small size, one rep, no cloak, optional multifire it'd be an interesting pub basing ship that wouldn't piss people off.

what! the new cloaker destroyed the element of cloaking it serves NO purpose at all. it changed from an unique ship to a wb clone. it lost all its assassination possibilities with its huge energy regeneration, and the loss of repel and rocket.

It's easy to cloak someone in the current cloaker, you say oh "massive degeneration" you can cloak for 20 seconds and still fire a single bullet that's actually quite a lengthy amount of time. How much time do you need? newb.

A warbird clone? let's just get honest shall we.

Warbird is overpowered
It has the fastest bullets in the game
The fastest regeneration and second highest speed
Massive amounts of boost
The most amount of energy.
It's a newb no-brainer

Cloaker is underpowered
It has multifire but relatively slow bullets meaning cloaking makes it much easier to kill.
The same regen as warbird i believe however much much less energy means a cloaker just can't compete with a warbird without cloaking pretty much.
Obviously the cloaker can't boost as far as a warbird therefore a smart cloaker will be slow and stealthy.
It's a pro ship that is extremely hard to get a good rec in.

Now this fat weasel is useless it can't even run from a terrier, it has no chance against certain ships and because it's so fat and slow strays are a common occurence. it's useless, so scrap this fat weasel please.

Apparently it's to do with the ship size setting and the map size setting. While the map shows it as a normal sized ship, the ship setting allows it to move through one tile holes.

it has a 7 pixel radius so it is actually a small cloaker the image has nothing to do with the size of the actual ship so all those ppl who think a smaller wb image helps them not die are just making thier targets look smaller hence look harder to hit

Sure, pub isn't about anything in particular, but I'd rather have it be more about basing and less about laming.

So does this mean that you will be changing the pub map for that whole month or two weeks or whatever to a new map? Or do you mean every two weeks or month you will change it for a few days then back to the current pub map?

If it is supposed to be chagned the entire time then I don't see how that would accomplish anything other than losing more pubbers from pub and maybe even the zone. Not like current players who don't pub avoid the pubs because of the map.
