By having a section with all the questions, I could just skim through and find the information I want. Maybe make a bot so that it could update it everytime someone's ?help is answered. But then again this idea is too much to ask for. :turned:

Furthermore, most of the responses to ?help or ?cheater we give to the players nowadays are done by PM - it's not contained in a bot or system. Making this into a system would be very hard to achieve if not impossible given the current ways staff work. (We don't want to talk to players through bots.)

That's basically RoboHelp. There is a list available with keywords containing everything what RoboHelp can respond. However, this list won't be given out to non-staff for now because of possible abuse.

For example;

You have obviously never tried learning other languages, you have to
constantly fetch for unknown verbs etc words that are written maybe totally
differently in the dictionary..

So you're essentially saying that the staff (or bots) should provide answers to questions that you don't even know about?

Although what you say sounds very illogical, I understand what you're trying to say. Fact is, we can't make RoboHelp understand all the questions it got (all the 1000 variations) as it isn't an AI (Artificial Intelligence).

If you can't find what you're looking for on RoboHelp, there's always the good old ?help <question>. TW Staff has ZHs with their primary job to help you answer your questions.

P.S. I'm not saying everybody should check RoboHelp first.

You can just do ?help <your question>, and if RoboHelp picks up your keywords, it will respond to you first. If you don't like the response, you can use !summon to request for a staff member.

If RoboHelp fails, then a nice staff member (usually a <ZH>) will gladly answer your call. ^-^
