KOTH rewards points so hey maybe you could ?buy that decoy or antiwarp. The points can be adjusted if they prize too much or too little and the more in the arena the higher the reward will be. A couple things I agree with are the maxplaying= limits are kinda low and (even though I don't pub much anymore) I know quite a few people who used to pub more when they could have thier names on the TWsite in the pub stats.
And ph there is already a site dedicated to you getting ass licked isn't there?

?buy only works when in you are in the safes right? Would it be possible to make it so you can buy it on the fly? People may actually spend their points if they didn't have to fly past all the spawners/duelers to get to the safes.

Just an idea.

Yes that can be done like in ?go glider but you may get some arguement from the LTs about spids buying antiwarp at any given moment.

When they stand, Bobby uses his kick on Peggy, who stands strong, and with a smirk says "I think you will find that I have no testicles". Kahn isn't convinced, shouting, "She bluffing, finish her!"

And on topic, I think KOTH would be a good way to keep people in base, assuming that the "hill" is inside the base and that you can't keep a crown by running around spawning levis.

I was there when they had a "discussion" on whether or not to change the pub map at 3 in the morning. I think of it as FICA taking a chunk out of my paycheck every time I get one... none of us non-staffers really had a say what goes on up there. Just gotta take it in the ass until everyone stops playing this zone (and then this game.) Now, not to be cocky or anything, but I've been around this game for awhile. Who is this "The Unliked One..." fella who's calling all the shots? Did we vote this guy into office so he can make decisions to "better" or TW experience?

As for KOTH: sure why not give it a shot? Since the new put came around I've never seen more than two moderately full pubs in TW... if you're going to fuck around with a formula that has worked for the longest time, might as well go all the way.

Also, implement CTF, speedball (left and right safes as goals), and maybe a couple rounds of golf around the bottom safe - with a clubhouse.

Reality check:
1) There was only 2 pubs running before the new map was put up for quite a while.
2) TUO was not put in charge you just see his name because he is trying to make a positive change based on the information he is given.
3) Declining population is due to the fact that this a simple 2D spaceship game (the best ever) that has to compete with the likes of WOW and MS
4) I am not TWSTAFF but many that are have tried to make gameplay better only to be ridiculed for it

There are lots of changes that never even made it to testing because when they are brought up the fact that people know certain pubbers will just cry about it no matter how good they don't want to waste thier time. So what next they make better graphics like asteroids or start and you bitch that they distract you from your target? Perhaps you can tell the rest of the TW population exactly what needs to be done and when it gets done and no change to the population happens other then some other nutsack telling you that your ideas suck you will come out of your little closet and see reality.

Bio, there was no dialogue among the staff and players before this was done? I've heard some stuff about what happened but no real facts. This smells like bullshit if someone just decided to do it on a whim.
