Speaking On Chat 10

Thanks to WorstPlayerEver, i found out how to speak on chat 10. For those of you who dont know type ;;10;

it will look like its being entered into chat 1 but it talks in chat 10.

Also with chat 8, do ;;8; and you'll get it to work

8 is only a problem if you're logged in as staff

it does work tested it yesterday i finally have all my chats back!

hmm I always just used a simple macro to switch my 9th and 10th chat around but I guess this is a lot more convenient
