I've got to ask why we the people who are related with TW are not invloved in the process; why can we not decide which staff we would like to see and i'm not saying high level staff Like BanG or Sysop (although having another BanG operator would be nice, actually it would be a god send) but people like <ER> or <ZH> where they are chosen by current staff or recommended. Not exactly fair when there might be someone who does a much better job then others on current staff who tend to to shit all and actually make the zone a more enjoyable zone to be in and play in. In a way i see this as staffing being given to the people that staff think are good for staff even though they may be actual shocking and cunts but as long as they like them its all good.
So there are more active <ER>'s not just HMS or Krazie who probably host the msot events but lets face it how many <ER> are there who do shit all. Yes obv with this kind of system there are going to be problems but lets face it staff are not exactly loved to the bone. So it can only get better. If people like Rudy and left eye can get onto staff then the people who actually play the zone shold be considered for staff too. There are good staff on atm but there could be more.
if someone is rejected you can put down the reasons why they have rejected and it can be discussed.
More ideas to this are welcome.

First of all Rudy has been a "Great" staff member in my opinion. So STFU with your bullshit. Try getting a life and not letting this game be your only communication with the outside world. I don't know much about Left_Eye but he/she does a good job.


I have my reservations about some staff members like Kim, Aquatiq, and Stargazer, however I realize that what they do is on a volunteer basis. So, when I think my life sucks, I realize that people are worse off then me. Being a Staff member is the only thing those previously mentioned people have going on in life. So please take my backhanded compliment.

You can't look at staff to be perfect. They're just people like you and me. We all fuck up, they fuck up. So lets be thankful that this game is free and people volunteer their time.

it's not a democracy, there's not enough public interest to make it one either. The people who run this zone are entrusted with a lot of power and responsibly to basically make sure that we can all play spaceships, and seriously there's enough douchebags out there that would get staff based on popularity. It's not about making alliances or making friends (if you want to that's cool) but if you want to make staff more political then it already is then try it but I think the general player comes to this game to escape the bullshit realities of real life, even if it's for a little while.

left_eye is a cunt bag and Goddess is a douchebag for calling the police but seriously staff isn't terribly bad, there's just bad people on staff but hasn't that always been the case? That thread's dead, and this one needs to be as well.

The guy had a (somewhat, if flawed) decent idea beside his rantings about how bad rudy and left_eye are. Staff isn't a popularity contest, but as far as getting things done it should be. Staff that do nothing should not be staff. This game needs quality people far more now then it ever did years ago. Our population is decreasing, whereas it used to increase consistantly years past. Create a fresh approach to things.

In the end, stop derailing peoples threads disoblige/spastic. He was originally trying to be productive in his ideas I think, and you completely shit on it.
