Opinions on event

Okay, so basically I'm going to be remaking a bot for an event I thought of a long time ago, except I lost it due do problems with my PC. So I was just wondering if it would be worth making and what your opinions are of the event or if you can think of any ways to improve it. This is how I have it worked out in my head:

The base is fairly similar to the public map except it has three entrances into the FR. The teams will have to race to the FR at the start of the game and the first team to touch the flag will get prized super or shields(I'm not sure which one would be better right now). That team then has to defend the flag from the other teams for a set period of time that the host will choose.

Notes:
- Team sizes/number of teams will be will be chosen by the host
- The teams will all start at the same point at the start of the race and will be prized shields for 3-5 secs after go (Should take around three seconds for people to reach mid base).
- The host will choose the ship

So yeah, do you think this will be liked or do you have any ideas on ways to improve it?

there was so much motivation to host. i mean the bar really was set sky-high. 200 hunts, 200 twisteds and 200 zombies every month. really, how do you compete with that kind of quality? and it's still going on today! how do these event referees do it??????????????

but in all seriousness, several mods and a couple of smods already weighed in on the potential that i would have had as a mod. so an attempted low blow from a pissant like you just slides right off. raindrops on a freshly waxed porsche, baby. i am that sleek, classy and just downright fucking untouchable.

On topic - I think this event has excellent potential if done right. It's an interesting variant of pub. People may not like the concept of defending a FR with three entrances though...

with the owners of the flag room having super or shields, the losing team needs an easier way to get in, I like the 3 entrance idea, and the whole concept in general. Bring it to us AJ!

Well, if they have continuous shields/super... then I agree that the 3-entrance idea is a good one. I had thought that they would only have shields/super for a short initial period of time, after which they would no longer have shields/super.
