Most have become Event Refs, most to Senior ER.

Junior ERs (currently 5 of them) have limited bot access and staff powers, they remain that way for some time for training in specific arenas.

the fact that I'd have zero quotas to meet would make me be a usable ER again, even if it's only a couple of events a month.

A new staffing system has been implemented in Trench Wars! More and More players will be able to host games as a result(barring you haven't been banned alot or have many warnings). There will be a public hosting wiki that people can use to get to know how to host better. The new Dean's of Event Ref's are H.M.S. Stargazer and Spacehiker.

So there are two tracks you can take in our staffing system:

Event Referee Track: Become a Junior ER with limited hosting until you pass tests and become a Senior ER. After a predetermined amount of time you can ask to become a Moderator In Training and learn to become a Mod. The Moderator Deans will review your application and determine if we have a spot available and they will select you for this position.

Moderator Track: You get hired as a Moderator in Training. After 5 months of learning to become a Mod , you will be evaluated by our Mod Deans. You will either become a Mod or be let go. The New Moderator Deans are Kolar and Dameon Angell!

Other Changes: All mods will be evaluated every 2 months . There are no quotas anymore. If you want to become an Event Ref and host once in awhile and pass all tests you can! The idea of the system is to get many people to host. If you abuse your powers once you pass the tests to become an ER, you will be banned from the zone, TWD and any other way we can stop you from playing. ZH Position has been eliminated as well.

New Sysop: Joining me as sysop will be Weaver. He has returned so you all can hate on him some more!

Elimination of AFK Staffers: We have removed many staffers who don't do shit! Also, we have alerted anyone on staff that they will be evaluated and removed if they aren't doing anything to help the zone.

Host!! We will be bringing back past ER's if they want to host ! Hosting is for everyone who is willing to learn how to do it properly. So if you are interested message our new deans , me, or the new ER email that they will be providing in the coming days.

Returning ER's: Wark <ER>, Fit <ER>. PH <ER>, Redlights <ER>, Nockm <ER>, Scoop <ER>,

Other Leagues,events: We are looking for dedicated people to help out in our other leagues(TWL,TWD, etc.)
