Well first of all for all you sneaky weasels they have a 7 prox this weekend so you can sneak in the holes again. Everyone else gets some sort of a weapon upgrade, bullets are obvious, some things are not. You can buy bounce (thats right bounce),prox and some ships (like the lev) start with x-radar. There are many ways to use these new ships like turrets or an all shark line and so on. Let me know what you think so far.

Shark + bounce is incredible

Imagine a shark terr, and all sharks have bounce... would be ridiculous in base.

Congratulations, you've done a fantastic job of killing pub this weekend.

I notice that on a Saturday evening there's seven people playing in pure pub (and one of them is trying to find a hole in the roids, a sure sign of a baser driven to manic desperation). Seven people on a Saturday? Thats less than play on a Tuesday morning!

Unfortunately most pubbers don't toddle off to zombies if they find pub unplayable, they tend to go and find an entirely different game to play. Needless to say, driving your hardcore of players away to different games isn't a great way of revitalising the zone. You'll end up with only new players in pub, with no one to show them what its about.

Strangely enough, when I did a ?find, dads revenge is in ?go base, not in pure pub. Thats very hypocritical.

If you want to kill trenchwars, there must be quicker ways of doing it than slowly torturing the zone to death. I'm open to the idea of changes, but maybe think them through a bit first? Big powerful guns are fine on an open plain, but trying to assault a base through a small gap when the defenders have insta-kill weapons is pointless. Something more subtle next time? Or try a different map maybe (suggest something like fatbase, its got a lot more scope for layered defenses etc).

Like a lot of players, I'm off to find something else to do for the rest of the weekend.

so I can't play anything other then pub now that I gave the pubs a boost. And the pub population most of saturday was nearly 2 full pubs a large ammount of the day and I have people asking to raise it to 45 now. and yes alot of pubbers these days do enjoy events they have come along way maybe those are the other games you should play and help the zone that way. Hell knows you may have fun for a change. But I'm not here to bish the feedback so far this weekend has been awesome here and in the pubs (no I don't spend every waking hour there). Not to worry Trench Wars I will not let 1 unhappy retired person ruin your fun.
