My room mate is banned until 2006...he has never played!

I told my room mate to get continuum. He downloaded it, I added the zone for him, we tried to play, and no matter what we do it says he is banned....



......until 2006!!!


He hasn't even made a name yet! How can he be banned? He can play any other zone but he is banned from TW....until 2006.
