Future Distension website

Why not use the theme from the current (tw.org) Distension website? It looks nice.

All upgrade info was transferred to the DB so that -- eventually -- players should be able to log in and tweak their ships when the bot is not running. It will by no means be an easy feature to implement, but it's certainly a possibility. At the very least, creating tables of the costs of various upgrades and their levels can be done. Always intended for this kind of functionality to take time, however; thanks to Cheese for what work he's doing.

For those who are wondering, the focus is not initially on the design of the site, but more the functionality. Can look as nice as you want, but it needs to first serve some use.

Also, I had been thinking it might be beneficial to have a small Wiki component for some of the features -- something to think that might be useful once the game becomes a bit larger, at any rate.

Tactical Ops
The Tactical Ops console is the seat of power.
It is the general of the army, and wields a large array of weapons and defensive powers, and is a large infleunce in the battle.
Only the most experienced are allowed to be Tactical Ops.
