I have a problem... Twl should be hosted with radio... I dont see that done like last time. I got banned for playing rap music. The usual songs there are just rock rock and more rock. I can't put anything because its either inappropriate racist which they dont mean to be racist its just calling a person the n word without being racist.

You can't broadcast any racist terminology on the radio because you can't broadcast racist terminology in a TW pub.

And we are supposed to have radio commentators during TWL matches, we're just having a tough time with scheduling conflicts.

No, there is a difference in racism in tw and in radio. People who make music Are not being racist thats just how today's slang is used. In tw ppl say it cuz there being racist. And not playing a type of music because u believe is racist? thats just wrong. I want my rap music in radio. I can't even play Kanye West and he doesnt even use the n word wtf

If it doesn't have racism, like the N word, then you can play it. We don't ban rap music. It's racism, it just happens to be in a lot of rap music. There are some pretty bad David Allen Coe songs, too.

Omg the point is ur taking it the extreme levels.. Rap isnt trying to be racist when they said the n word..!!!!! get the concept.. damn.... If a person says the n word in a rap there not saying it to be racist.. they just say to rhyme or use it in a slang term that isnt racist...

They just dont want YOU to play rap music because your skin is brown. Why has radio turned into a democracy? When a non staff was heading radio for the last 2 years (me) all of the hosts actually looked forward to hosting, and not until the end of my tenure did people just start blowing me off, but there were always backups readily available. Hell, 3 of my hosts made staff shortly after I hired them for radio, and 2 of those 3 are currently mods, why not offer that as incentive since Spacehiker seems to have such an interest in it?

Sidenote: I'll save radio if you can swallow your pride and realize that staff made it suck again. (By this I mean I would guarantee that each of your hosts would get 30+, and myself 60+)

alright... I tried not to reply to this... but soja's stupidity made me. We don't play racist music... Rap is the most common music to use racism in its lyrics. the word "nigger" is not a happy word like "bunnies", it's used to beat black ppl back into place. we don't allow ppl to play racist music... END OF. Resol tried it... you won't ever see him on radio again (not on my watch anyway). and as for lizard fuel.. your a douchebag and everyone on radio hated you. you had it going well for about 3 months of that 2 year regin of terror. If Kahlan focused a bit more on radio I belive he could mak it great. I'm sorry to have you run it on you're own kahlan but other things come first. as for twl hosting.. there are a lot of ppl on the radio chat that could do it, I think screamo could host a lovely emo look on TWL =)
