What's the best program to record continuum in?

Tried Camtasia Studio. Fps Goes Down To About 40 Every Now And Then But It's Around Or Above 60 Most Of The Time. Recorded A Video At 30 And Looks Fine. I'm Going To Check If I Can Record At 60. Also I Need To Figure Out How To Record Sound.

Why Would You Want Record At 60 If 30 Is Fine?

It Doesn't Look Perfect. It's Not All That Jumpy And I Can Tell Where Bullets Are Coming From. At 60fps It Will Look Smoother.
