guess vbulletin doesn't quite catch things like that in the database when you merge an account. i'm not even sure rodge did it through the forum admin control panel. he might've done it manually.

I had two accounts merged too, Xog_88 to Xog. Post count was combine and creation date carried on to the one that was earliest. All posts made by Xog_88 had the name's text automatically reverted to Xog.

You can do a search for "Xog_88" with the search feature (as text, not "Posts by user") and you can find some rather old and embarassing posts.
