    You can give just make jav and shark bombs and mines level 2 and set the damage to what they currently are at level 1, and make the levi fire level 1 bombs with a new damage that you assign. I mean since your going to be changing levi's anyways in this example, level 1 bombs will be the only ones used out of a possible of 3 levels of them. It shouldn't be too hard to fix that.

      and change the bomb graphics to fool people to think that they are still shooting lv1 bombs.

          I think proximity (unless you all meant splash) is a bad way to go, one of the things that makes lancaster so great is that it can shoot around walls easier than other ships that would totally ruin my lanc man.

          I think they should make levi into a special ship, decoys, unusual burst, slow speed but alot of thrust, bullets that shoot backwards and forwards, a 40 second portal.

            Well, here is an idea inspired by the posts above:

            -keep the current levi mine, and possibly turn it into a proximity mine.
            -Allow the lev to move/turn *slightly* faster.
            -Allow 1 mine per lev.
            -Give it shark bombs, but one that can bounce.
            -2 reps
            -2 rockets
            -1 decoy (random at spawn)
            -1 port

              In favour of emp bombs, maybe the ones the Nightwasp had.. either way something needs to be down to limit the firepower of the lev so it can maybe be included in basing. Could also speed it up a bit and increase rotation a tad i dunno.

                I like the "tank" concept suggested by kthx.

                What you guys think about giving it 2 reverse reps and enough energy to survive a lvl 3 bullet at full energy.

                I would also give it lvl 1 bombs (high energy cost) with 6 bouncing lvl 2 shrap. Since bouncing shrap requires bouncing bullets it's current bullet speed and lifespan would have to be modified. Maybe give it bullets with no speed like the shark bombs and drastically lower the bullet life span.

                It would be interesting to see if people could manage to fire out a bullet and rep a victim into it with the reverse reps.

                      i can't decide whether you guys are retarded or just messing around.

                      we should either keep the old leviathan and tell the new pub players how to fucking hunt them properly. spider can buy antiwarp, combine it with a terrier and maybe a wb and you get the ultimate leviathan hunter setup. good ol' days. no one even tries to hunt the lev turrets these days.

                      also, if it has to be revamped, it should NOT be overpowered like you fools suggest.
                      • L1 EMP Bomb with a proximity of roughly 25 pixels
                      • EMP would last at most for 1.5 seconds
                      • Same Bomb Speed as the current Javelin Bomb (L1) has if not slower than that.
                      • Should require 1400 energy to fire the bomb (Javelin requires 1300, fyi)
                      • No bounce

                      • L1 Bullets that travel around the same speed as Terriers - but make the bullets travel the way Lancasters bullets travel.
                      • 300 Energy to fire a bullet
                      • could even have no bullets. a pure emp bomber.

                      • 1500 Energy. Period. No more.
                      • Energy recharge speed would be the same as Lancasters or a bit slower than that.

                      • X-Radar that does not consume any energy

                      • One repel (up to 3 repels when bought from a safe)
                      • One rocket (up to 3 rockets when bought from a safe)
                      • Would NOT get greened up to 15 bounty any more.
                      • Can attach without greening


                      that's it. fuck your stupid tank ideas or your 4 repels 3 bricks 2 decoys 5000 energy super ownage bullshit.

                      if you revamp it, make its strength equal (or weaker) to current pub ships. no point to make a super ship. also, don't touch other ships.

                          Of course, all of this is kind of an empty issue considering the LT pub rarely fills up and the game starts you in 'pure' pub now.

                          I also enjoyed what Turban said -- especially when he said don't change anything then asked for small weasels to come back. lol

                            Heres an idea that would rebalance it perfectly

                            - Disable Levi Mine (the mine is stupid)
                            - Remove Levi bullets (bullets are stupid on levi, its an artillery unit)
                            - Enable attach at 0 bty
                            - Nerf terrier speed when a levi attaches. ie make it so Terrier can't move when levi is attached.

                            Makes LTing very difficult.

                            But keeps levi as a tactical artillary unit.
                            Much like the weasel is a tactical spy/game save unit

                                If I remember correctly there is a turret speed penalty setting. But I don't think it can be applied only when "x" ship attaches vs other ships attaching.
