Honestly, countless staff complaint threads, put me in control.

Already got a list (yeah I know it won't happen I"m just fucking around, it would make too much sense anyway to hire these people over lena/indirect/chao/twerp/zizzo/trancetunes right?)

Owners: PriitK/DoCk>/Draft (It makes no difference who it is since they've retired and I see no difference besides them paying for server or whatever they do)

btw, that is a pretty decent list. the only problem is motivation. you have a lot of great candidates listed there, but just because someone would be good at staffing doesn't mean they have the time or energy to actually be good.

A couple of big assholes too. Just because you have knowledge of how the game should be ran doesn't mean you are the ideal candidate to run it. Any of these people could be staff if they showed the maturity and motivation to do so.

Honestly this list is pretty solid. Nice job Draft. Although I think twdt would suffer if some of those names couldn't cap, but thats really well done.

A few years back I would be in, now I don't have time. I would just be there to tell staffers with terrible ideas to shut the fuck up when they needed to shut the fuck up, and to make sure stupid shit doesn't get coded.

i know, these people CAN be motivated if you have a good foundation... like I already know ease would reject cause HMS is a little too high on the staff ladder. he was perfectly fine when he was <ER> with his 24/7 game marathons. why promote someone like who is good at that higher.. now that hms is whatever he is, he causes more problems.

happy with hms stargazer twd-banning certain people who accept his/her roster name by himself/herself and not others?
