IMO, it shouldn't just be the top 3. There should be a minimum percentage requirement. Why put someone in power that less than half the community wants to see there?

TW fatcat candidate "Jason" was spotted leaving a nightclub with what appeared to be a young boy roughly between the ages of 11-13. Witnesses say the young boy and the candidate were at a booth together, when Jason left to the bar to get what looked like drinks for the two.
