Public rules -
1- Cheating, Teaching to cheat or linking to cheats.
This carries an immediate zonal or netban without warning, which would be for a very long time.
2- Exploiting bugs or glitches in the game:
A warning will be issued, followed by a zonal ban if continued.
3- Deliberate or excessive teamkilling. This includes teamkilling in revenge:
A warning will be issued (unless recent warnings already exist), followed by locking the player out of a teamkilling ship such as jav or levi. Repeat offenders will be zone banned if they still continue within a period of time.
4- Racial vilification. This includes but is not restricted to names, squadnames and banners.
A warning will be issued (unless recent warnings exist), followed by a silence of a set duration if its chat racism, if names or squadnames player will be warned and asked to switch names or change banner. If above is ignored, a zone ban will be applied. After several silence breaches, a zone ban may be applied.
5- For spamming or excessive verbal harrasment in public channels. For minor instances, please use the ?ignore command or toggle public macro's off.
A warning will be issued, followed by a silence if warning ignored. If after multiple silences it is continued, a zone ban may be issued.
6- The above two rules can also be applied to the ?help/?cheater command. Use ?cheater only to report a cheater, or ?help to ask a game related question

7- Manipulating your connection, regardless of how it is done. Players exhibiting extreme lag will be asked to reconnect to the zone. Refusal will result in a kick from the zone:
If it is felt it is intentional manipulation of lag (cheating) see rule 1. If it is just extreme lag, then a pm will be issued to re-log, if ignored a mod warning will be issued followed by either spec lock or zone ban depending on situation.
8- Running multiple clients or using any of which to hunt players from spectator mode.
A warning will be issued, followed by a zonal ban if warning is ignored.
9- Impersonation of staff members or TWBots, ie. threatening to ban people, wearing a <ZH> or <ER> tag, mimicking bot responses or creating similar names to staff or bots.
A warning will be issued, which if ignored will result in a zone ban.
10- Linking to malware sites including sites containing cheats, data loggers, viruses, trojans etc.... A warning will be issued, followed by a silence or zone ban depending on situation.
11- Being highly disruptive to the game in any other way then listed above.
