A common trend in Pub, when you start to lose, people tend to leave the arena or just spend more time in the spawn area. So I go to thinking how this could be potential for more content, and I came up with a pretty simple solution that might make things easier.
When a frequency loses twice in a row, I think there should be some incentive to try a different, useful tactic of trying to steal base instead of running into a brick wall over and over again in hopes that it falls down, even though your team keeps dwindling. So, I thought of this.
Upon the 2nd loss and the beginning of the next round, a few players on the frequency should be given a mission, sort of. It's not something complicated, I'm just using the word mission for name-sake. All you have to do is fly into the three safe zones, and then to the roof of the base.
Bot> You've been given a task. Fly into the inner safe-zone (green area) on the right side of the map. Hold ALT to view. You will be given directions on where to proceed from there.
Bot> You will fail this mission if it is not completed in five minutes.

Bot> You've just been given a piece of a powerful weapon. You must now fly to the inner safe-zone on the lower area of the map to obtain another piece. If you die, you fail your mission. Hold ALT to view.

Bot> Here is the next piece of your powerful weapon. Now fly to the inner safe-zone on the left side of the map for the final piece. Remember, if you die you fail your mission.

Bot> This is the final piece of the weapon. To activate this weapon, fly to the roof of the base and it will automatically deploy. Don't die!
Bot> A couple of your teammates have been given these pieces for this weapon as well. This weapon can only exist once every 10 minutes.

A TW-Bot is spawned at the roof of the base on your frequency and proceeds to send thors to all areas of the flagroom for 20 seconds.
OR
The player is prized with 1 thor per second for 20 seconds.
1-2-3 can be mixed up for variety of course.
