TW Staff, Read this..

Hi,

First off, i dont know why my name isn't Spawnisen on forums as it used to be, I want to make clear that i am the player Spawnisen.

3 weeks in a row i have been caught under somebody elses ban. It happens at random moments, in elimination games, in javduels, in twjd's. And now it's seriously irritating me.

I always get the same response that only Demonic can unban me. And apparently she just had a new baby and doesnt have time for SS that much anymore, completely understandable and realistic. So fix more operators that can service this kind of issues?

It recently also came to my understanding that Barton can unban me, however he is on vacation right now... Oh ok, Well no problem i'll just wait for him to get home again..
(I hope you realize how bad this is from a clients point of view)

My new BanId is #21018 and i got banned in the middle of a JD.

I got alot of players that can confirm my situation and that this has happened frequently the past month. Either staff has really fat fingers and writes Spawnisen by mistake once per week. Or you have serious technical / system issues that confuses players data and bans randomly. In that case you seriously need to fix this.

I am seriously considering stopping playing SS for good cause of this. And cause of the bad information that staff gives you when you ask.

Without naming any specific names, because i dont think thats related to this. I just want to say that the communication within staff, S U C K S. (This is my point of view.)

And that its ONLY Demonic and Barton in all of TW that can unban, i frankly know for a fact is pure bullshit. So stop giving me these responses and do something about this situation.

lol im still about spawni, was away for 2/3 weeks but back a bit more now. In relation to your ban, you share common info with someone trying to evade a ban as does alot of other people, so everytime we ban his new information it catches you and others under it.
Ban is now fixed, so you will be fine, and i would love to tell you this wont happen again, but obviously it can and possibly will. I will keep the ban at a low level however so other mods can edit it as required, and if i am not about for any reason have a mod add you to banfree.

Can't you change his info somehow? I remember, I think it was Witness, I shared my mID or something with Tiny/Kicker and everytime I'd try to register a name after a reset I'd have to go through all the bs to get approval and he fixed it.

That was only TWD, can't change information on the SSC server (atleast any of tw staff can't)

i can't do anything about the in-game stuff, but as far as your forum accounts i did the following:

- merged the spawnisenda1337blahblahblah account with your spawnisen account
- reset password to spawnisen account
- sent e-mail to address associated with spawnisen account which includes the newly reset password

you may login with the new password and change it to whatever you wish via your userCP
