I really don't think it matters. If some staff member doesn't have the balls to pick a name they like when they first become staff, let them change it. Chances are they will change it to something that just makes it easier for everyone else to bash. (IE:Torr->Stlafos->Awesome.) Granted it is a pain in the ass to have a new alias every 5 days, but eventually you know who is who. Frankly, it is just another thing for people to bitch about, changing your name changed nothing else, it's just a different tag. Unless of course your a schitzophrenic, in which case it means everything.
