Banned from (dis)like system...again

What exactly did i do wrong? Some people post a lot and some of them post a lot of crap.
Am i not allowed to dislike all the crap I see?
I should be allowed to have an opinion about all new posts.

The previous time I got banned I was going through old posts that were not even about me...but now it makes no sense.
