Anyone else feel that it is unfair that a 3 minute round gets $180 pub bux and a 30+minute round doesn't even get $600? Yet someone can sit in a Lanc in spawn and get 2K for spawnkilling during killothon. Sure makes me not want to base and freq hop to the winning team to get the quick wins.

Long Rounds in Pub

You get a chance at spawnkilling for killothon and winning. Basing is about teamwork, so EVERYONE gets $600 for the win. Also, you can get special rewards for basing in pub, like Basking King, Most Vetern-like, Flag Savior, Best Terrier, Most Terrier kills, and the elusive Most Cautious. So be great like this pro, make 1279 in 7 mins + however much for kills, and stop whining!
Also, we shall do x freq and 4 hour round sometime, show you how to really make pub bucks!

i don't see why it would hurt to add a multiplier if a round is especially long. for every x minutes the round runs past the standard length, the multiplier goes up by .5, so let's say x = 5, an 8 minute round would gain you 1.5 times the pub bucks you'd normally receive.
makes sense to give a greater reward to players who stick it out and keep fighting until they finally claim the victory.jasonofabitch loves!!!!

Dank Budz: Like I said earlier just win and be happy about it . Also, I don't know if I'm thinking about this right but shouldn't it ideally be you win a round every 3 minutes, and maybe you get less money for not winning that often?
Jason: I'm not sure of the technical voodoo and odd formulas about the timer in pub, but it does seem to recognize better played rounds through the time length, number of players, and amount of times the flag changed hands. A multiplier seems like it would go too far on several hour long rounds. Just think, 3 minutes in $180, so 1 second for every buck. That means an hour would be $3600 if it maintains that rate.
zih: Duels aren't that good, because you have to have a certain amount of money beforehand in order to double it, you might lose, and either way someone is losing money unlike the basing system.
