give pubbux to squads that make twl

yea pretty simple idea but i think making twl should be worth a few pubbux

A better idea would be to give temporary pub bucks to squads who win TWL matches (like have it be removed after 5 hours if it isn't spent), that way they can go celebrate in pub and get people more interested cuz they will be throwing thors and stuff all over the place
