Jav duels in Pub. Correct me if I'm wrong, but...

In jav duels in pub right when you kill someone your energy bar goes back to full. I thought I was seeing things then I tested it out. I think this needs to be changed. You can blow someone up with a bomb and then eat their bullets and it won't count as an NC, unlike in JD and elim where if you killed someone and got hit by their bullets a second later you'd die.

Just something I noticed and just a thought. Maybe I still am seeing things. But if this is the case, I think it should be fixed.
