remember the squad tenure? (noob squads basers)
well what if we can keep making 1 squad at a time for new people and when it gets full the cap can make another squad for new people and an assistant can take over the 1st one. This would keep alot of players into the zone and help out. Tenure was a great success getting players like willby/0wl/kyler into the zone and better keeping them in the zone. So if we keep making squads then it would be an epic refreshment that we all need.

problems with this-- need someone with a strong influence with current squads to make it work
-squad names
-what will these squads specialize in?
-will staff go with it?
-recruiting
-will the assistants be able to take over once a squad reaches roster limits and it is time for a new one

don't get disheartened by any replies. help these projects out if and when you can. make your own squad if you have to, maybe get together with some buddies. otherwise find someone else who's doing it and go help them.

keep being a good guy. anywhere, especially this zone, needs helpful people willing to invite new people into the community.
