or make items have a minimum price and add on to that a % of your total $ based on how "valuable" the item is.
TW-Pub1> !buy fullcharge -- A full charge ($300 + 0.5%)
TW-Pub1> !buy nukebase -- Nuke the base while warped outside and back afterward ($15000 + 5%)

Make cost based on how many have been bought during he day by a player. So the first time he buys a full charge its 100 bucks, 200 bucks the next one, etc.
