This is the same stupid argument as it always has been. Let's use something legitimate and try to push the boundaries. Words such as 'niggardly,' and the likes. You take a word that isn't inherently racist, and use it excessively, full-well knowing the racial slur implications... Then try to claim you weren't being racist because of context. You guys need to find something better to do. Ruining the game? By trying to turn staff into the 'bad guys,' you're ruining the game. If you were in high-school, and you started saying "Oh teacher, there's a chink in your fence. You're acting niggardly about that chink over there." And continue saying shit like that, you don't think you're going to get sent to the office, even though you're using the words 'legitimately.' No. You'd get sent to the office. And that's what you got. Should the teacher be fired for that? Is the teacher of line? No. You were intentionally abusing a 'loop-hope' by using pseudo-racial slurs and trying to pass them off as clean.

Then, when I hopped on other computer to further push limits (as I do), I was banned without warning.


I know I was being a shithead and it was to prove a point. My silence for RACISM was unwarranted, the ban itself may have been warranted had the silence been legit in the first place. (Once again, I *NEVER* said anything racist or with any racist implications.)

Check in with Reckful re: the silence and ask him whether the silence was just. And if the silence itself was BS, how can the following ban be justified? Tied in with a bullshit warn for HELP ABUSE from days prior?

And just to add: When I asked Aura why I was banned, he told me it was for help abuse (not for evading ban. He changed his mind, apparently). He said that PL's warning previously meant he didn't need to give me a warning for abusing help (yet, he did... and then banned me for it LONG after I stopped ?help/?cheater calling, and had signed on with a diff name). Perfect example of staff manipulating for the end result they want. He wanted a ban, he banned, unfortunately it was sloppily executed.


My "staff experience" you mentioned also gives me a pretty good grasp on what I can/can't get away with and what constitutes a bullshit ban by a newb fuck.

ANYWAYS, to sum this shit up:
Is my ban for ?cheater/?help abuse? If so, then it's DEFINITELY bullshit.
Is it for evading ban? If so, it's more debatable, but still bullshit in my obviously biased opinion.

You guys were trolling the fuck out of them cause you knew who would respond. You know how to manipulate the bots, and you know who would say 'how high' when you say 'jump. You (kthx) and volcs were the only ones silenced/banned and if anyone was warned, they were mostly given PM/verbal warnings ^.

You were silenced/banned for hindering in our processes of doing what we can do to help others by knowingly (through your staff experience) compromising our bots, heeding our warnings- private and red official *warnings- and manipulating others to do the same furthering their compromise. So if you say that our actions are what is causing others to leave the game, you are speaking out of irony.

Kthx picking a fight? You were on staff. You knew beforehand what you could do with the bots to get people to respond to you and you decided to do it Malcolm X style. Everyone else involved is just a puppet with his hands up their asses, he can get them to do anything and only receive a measly hour or two silence or even a 1 day ban, if anything. Totally worth it, getting the rush of going against authority even if it was small time space ship authority. But Kthx has the master plan and is willing to take it to a level of half-truths and propaganda that Hitler himself would've been proud to see.

Anyways. I started off reading this thread first and found myself pissed at my Mods for performing so poorly. But then I heard both sides of this and did a personal investigation of what I could take from both sides and if my opinion mattered, everyone who was warned/banned got what they deserve, if not more, and everything that needs to be said has already been said (Vatican Assassin).

As far as I can tell, this thread has ran its course and should predictably veer BACK into trollville where it started.

I can't *WAIT* to hear the "other side". I may not have screenshots, but I have logs. I know they can be edited, but I'm not a dumbfuck and i'm sure it'll match up with everyone else's version.

Ask the staff who were on that night OTHER than Aura/oo.oo about what happened (before my ban.. because after it I was being a srs dickhead. Admittedly.)

And once again you should really know that everyone who was silenced, warned, and banned last night were only silenced, warned, and banned because oooo was handing out warnings for something that was completely legal. I mean if a cop punches you in the face for no reason and you punch him back, its self defense and although you might spend a night in jail, the judge with throw out the case and you can file a complaint against the officer where he will probably get suspended. Last nights riot was in the self defense of the rights we have as players to talk about things like ESPN articles without getting warned for it because oooo is ignorant in regards to the situation.

When I was a mod I was the racism nazi and did a butt-ton of bans for racism. But even I looked at the context of the sentences before warning or banning. That's saying something. I'm all for VA's post, was good. Almost tldr'd it, but took the time. Good stuff.
