you can't really stretch it out without distorting the image. max sig pic dimensions are 500x150, and the source image you're working with is 350x279.
if you want, i'll resize it for you, but it'll look especially stretched horizontally (think short and fat). i could at least take away the white backgroud though, keeping the same size (dimensions) you have now.
