Am not gonna like or dislike ur post, Magi, cuz under the circumstances ppl do change and ppl do give a shit about the zone but get treated like worthless pieces of shit. Been helping TW Dev for a year now, doing all kinds of jobs that u listed above, STOPPED TROLLING, helping ppl in pub, and what I get in return? I got declined by staff like 10 times, mocked every day by staff and having to listen to LF what a lowlife I am. From this perspective, no ty, I don't wanna help someone who thinks my help is a piece of shit.

On another note tho (cuz u probably think this is a hostile post against u, which in reality it ain't), ppl shud start helping with whatever they CAN do or CONTRIBUTE to improve our zone. I know ZHs get a lot of boring events to host, so why not include some old events which even the new staffers cud host? Or maybe get a host-a-thon (which fis suggested) every weekend to get ppl attracted again and to logon more often? Give ppl in pub (that wanna help newbs if no staff availabe/all afk) some credit to prove themselves (not ZH or ER, just a PH- Pub Helper or something). So many little things can change so much, but first of all we need to stop making such bad threads and start helping each other if we want TW to survive. I, myself, am up for helping more, but the people need to change, especially TW staff, and their attitude. If people want to help, let them, don't troll them back.

Your head is in the right place and you mean well but you're just difficult to work with man and you've been told that by me and probably others as well. You have to adjust with everyone else, not the other way around. And nobody thinks your help is a piece of shit, you just get caught up wasting energy in stupid arguments with trolls that don't mean a damn thing when you should be using that energy to improve yourself but you don't so people think negative of you when you lose your cool. Even if you can't get on staff and be able to work with others to do things for the zone, you can still be helpful by socializing with newbies, making them feel like they're apart of a community, and attend hosted events to support staff and boost morale.

Forget about what other people think. I have found that you often cannot control/change the people around you, you can only control/change how you think about it all.

Infrared is kinda right tough. Every single ZH has to learn to host. While there are enough players who dont like hosting at all, who dont go to events. Why let them host then? I can understand that u guys want it cuz when the bots are dead u need people to host elim/javduel/wbduel/base. But most of the time the ERs or old ERs will step up. Let those ZHs who dont care about hosting focus on getting mod and let people like me who really liked hosting, host. But no... when u host alot u get promoted much sooner. Which is dumb, cuz u should hold the right people on the right places.

We are letting Aura run twl, the point was with twd and twl to bring aura and disown in respectively to run the leagues, although me and mm since we have run leagues for awhile will be around to oversee and make sure things run as smoothly as possible.

the personal attacks on me are fun to read but the general idea I wanted to get across was-

I feel like it would help the zone if there was a way players who are not "staff" can help out with leagues.

I know there was an idea floating around staff for making "league refs" for awhile, aka players who are not established staff members could be trained to host TWDT/whatever else matches -- which I think would be a good starting point for that idea.

In no way was I asking for people to skip the ZH -> ER hierarchy.

When they unban 2pac and rest of the other vets thats when staff will change, idiots that have no usage are banning people and kicking them just shows that TW will just hire any noob and put them in charge such as azov.
