staff are honestly pretty fucking useless with ?help

hey guys! how many help calls do i have 2 do? ill just start spamming them nonstop since u cant answer it. how hard is it really?

there are often not enough staff to answer your ?help calls. but just enough to warn you if you try asking too many without being answered.

I try to take any help calls when i'm not busy, and cheater calls when mods arent able to take them. Theres just not enough really active staff at certain times of day

I cant argue with that... Ive seen some people take only the easy calls. I admit I do that sometimes when I am busy working on things at my desk, and I cant speak for other people, but I still try to take take the other calls if nobody else does.

Not all staff know the answers to things. We're just people too, ones who have shown the dedication to be trusted with more exclusive powers. For that matter, spamming doesnt help. When you DO spam, we know how to respond, with a warning. Spamming wont get you anywhere. If no staff knows the answer, and doesn't respond, a better way to handle the situation would be to ask on ?chat=help to see if any of our other knowledgeable players can help. If that fails, you may just have to be satisfied without an answer. We can assure you, however, that each call is looked at and will be responded to if possible.

When I used to play staff was always conveniantly afk whenever I did help calls which would trigger me to spam ?Help which would always get me warned/silenced in quick time fashion. I honestly dont care about the goings on with in game matters anymore but please. Saying you arent machines and are ppl too or possibly afk is a load of horseshit and just an applicable excuse for your incompetence and inability to provide actual help. Just admit that your knowledge is just limited to warning/silencing/banning. I would be more undrrstanding to that than you faking afk.

This is the biggest load of shit staff hides behind every time shit hits the fan. You CAN NOT as a staffer ignore a question you don't know the answer to. You can however tell the person who is asking that you don't know but you'll get back to him ASAP. Even if it takes hours for someone more knowledgeable to log on it is still better to respond in an honest fashion to the guy sending a help call instead of warning him because of spam. It's called public relations.

Ps. I know there are alot of trolls/assholes on this game and OP probably asked something stupid like 'how many knee grows are online atm'. However, you knew this before you applied to staff, if you don't like it then quit.

If a player asks a question that i do not know the answer to, i dont take the call right away. i allow the chance for someone who knows the answer to take the call. If i am busy at the time I may end up forgetting someone hasdplaced

how long do you usually wait to take the call if no one else takes it?

im assuming that you do take the call eventually without requiring another ?help call. thats what your answer here implies.
