Fix the Quick Reply!

So I personally think the default forum theme is depressing and ugly so I use a different one. But then quick reply doesn't work and, by proxy, I can't even properly quote people. Can you please fix this shit?

settings -> general settings -> message editor interface
set this option to Enhanced, will allow quick reply

i am not using default theme, and quick reply works just fine for me, if follow my steps, it will work for others too
