Everytime I log in it reminds me of visiting a relative on their death bed. I truly enjoyed the time I spent with them, and I enjoy spending time with them now...but its not the same, and I spend the entirety of the visit enjoying fond memories and ultimately the experience is nostalgic but unsatisfying and depressing. The real and only reason this server isn't gone yet is because whoever has the power to do so, hasn't shut off the server, so people just log in.

The server's dead and should just be unplugged for good. There's no reason to keep wasting money on it. A game like this cannot thrive anymore. Start a facebook group - Trench Wars Alumni or something and keep in touch. Or keep the forums up.

People are always complaining the game is dying. It's already dead. The server is just still online for some unknown reason. Let go.

The game lives on forever in our minds and more importantly....in our hearts. I can never forget this game because it's changed me as a person forever. It is not like a dying relative! It is a fully mobile, breathing, active relative with a great bod. Yeah, it's going through a rough patch, but we'll make it through if we believe in OURSELVES hard enough.
