Implement easy-to-host Leagues and Events

Since we are gonna get an influx of new players (at least I hope we will) via Steam, some of the older and fun events and leagues should be brought back as well. From the top of my head:

- basing world cup
- racing league/cup
- hockey cup
- olympics
- rally championship
- skiing world cup
- nba
- golf cup
- zombie cup
- others.

Me and Dral are still working on a few of those unfinished maps, but the majority of those that fall into the aforementioned categories are already done and uploaded in TW. So why not show those new players what we can really offer (apart from Pub, TWD and TWL) and make their stay as pleasant as possible?
