Stricter Rules

For all the rules that we're having problems with; we should have them be stricter!

Or atleast setup a disclaimer for things like the levi in pub that everyone keeps arguing about:

By flying a leviathan (ship#4) and/or levi-terr, you acknowledge that TrenchWars (further now as TW) own all the points you received while in the leviathan and all the points you get from that point until the end of time, rights to the entire contents of your messages and context sent with your messages in your chats, your squad, your name, your computer, your house, your car, your first born and your soul. Furthermore, You accept TW views and opinions as being right over your views and opinions regardless of anything. Furthermore, you agree that it is okay for TW (or in this case, TW STAFF and PUBLIC) or anyone else to slander you openly in person, in subspace, in any other game, in email, instant message, on telephone, or anywhere else in this or any other universe and/or dimension. Know that embarking into a leviathan or assisting a leviathan as a levi-terr or etc. is a request for character defamation, endless belittling and excessive mockery from TW (also in this case, TW PUBLIC and STAFF). This disclaimer is subject to change without notice, and you are still subject to the rules regardless of any changes made. If you do not agree with these rules, don't get in that leviathan or help one out.

This can apply for other rules that have to do with leagues. Just replace LEVI with whatever applies. Maybe squad hoppers or something.
