The SSC Network Ban tickets are out of our control. No one in TW Staff, save for PriitK, is on the SSC, and therefore, we have no access to answer tickets that go to SSC.

Those three support operators are your best chance in having a response to your tickets. My suggestion would be to keep trying that ticket support system.
