So uh... how do I play this game again?

Quit a year ago and uninstalled. Now when I login and refresh zones, TW shows up but nothing from SSCU (except DSB) seems to green up.

Help please.

Many old SSC zones are no longer up. Also it could be your firewall blocking certain ports. Be sure to have an exception for Continuum on it.
