Proposal, input betting system for elim, twdd, twjd, twbd

Want to propose to allow betting on players in elim, wbduel/javduel and twdd, twjd and twbd matches.

Betting makes for more thrilling games and could increase the viewership of big matches.

If someone would be willing to take the time to code in a betting option for those modes of play, I think it would add something to viewership, a new element of excitement

infrastructure already exists, so easy to implement
and should be way more legit than pub, because ppl less likely to throw matches for profit
