So its my 3rd time trying to play this game in the past year or two and I almost got banned within a week for a 3rd time over stupid shit. I understand and have posted why directly referencing porn sites is illegal in TW. A 12x8 pixel banner that somewhat resembles 2d nudity has never been illegal in my entire (way too long) time playing this game. So when I get to my computer and see Knockers say he just got told to remove his banner of several years, I decided it was too much. Honestly, are you going to start banning 8===D also? How about players like Deez Nuts. 96 total pixels cannot possibly cross the line on pornography.

Why is Azov even a staffer? He seems way too much like 4o for my liking, and we already got rid of that guy once. Perhaps even twice. I understand the poor youngster just wants to be respected and have people listen to what he has to say, but thats not the type of person that we need influencing bans on this game. People are just going to walk away. Almost every other staffer realizes that, or at least the ones I talked to about the situation. Those are the people that should be having more influence, but sadly most of them were unable to help if anyone were to be banned.

In conclusion, if you are truly offended by this you need to be rethinking your priorities in life. Also I like how I pulled that banner from a member of your own staff. Uploaded like 4 days ago.

Most elements have to be subjective, as you must have common sense applied. You already know this, so unsure the point of the above pointless rubbish? No-one necessarily has the same banner, so short of putting up a massive picture list of all banners, its not really possible to be definitive.

That's generally how I would prefer it to be, as I was trying to explain to my fellow staffers - a pair of 2d breasts does not even represent porn necessarily, as it would need sexual intent. The arguments about its a game for all ages is a valid one, that said the image I saw (boobs and a belly I think) is identical to that of a fertility doll, one that's on display in the Louvre museum available to kids under 10, so I guess we should ban/arrest them as well.

And if we are going down those lines, we better ban instantly all trashing/trolling etc as some of the language could be inappropriate for a 10yr old, and ofc any themes where the content could be considered 12+. There are reasons to ban people, for trying to incite/advertise racial hate/purgatory or to glorify it, for actual pornographic material goes without saying, and then there is looking to ban people for the sake of banning people and I would prefer to avoid the latter.

Nobody was banned or "almost got banned". Yes, a warning was issued over it but I cancelled them out before I went to sleep. I didn't want to ban anyone and made that very clear to you and others. I was doing what I could to avoid it and ultimately did exactly that. The stated policy up until Demonic made this annoucement here was that those types of banners were in violation of our Pornographic Policy, which is an umbrella term that encompasses a variety of material, including female breasts. It's not a question of being "offended" as I could care less; however, because of directives I had received from my higher ups in recent months about these situations, I was acting pursuant to that, and in good faith.
