maybe ur ping info hadn't updated yet. High latency should be the High: 180 ms portion. Not the packet loss.

Sometimes when I have this issue it's a quick spike that gets me specced
I can go from
130 ms Average:141 ms Low:120 ms High:150 ms S2C: 0.0% C2S: 0.0%
Then for a quick second
6600 ms Average:6700 ms Low:3000 ms High:9900 ms S2C: 1.3% C2S: 1.0%
And that puts me in spec. It is rare but I've managed to catch it a few times. I'm not even sure of the cause.
