How are the forums running now?

I know there are a few obvious bugs yet, but you all notice the major speed increase?

We'll be moving users and forum structure over to http://forum.subspace.tw/ soon enough.

Speed increased, useless extra loading reduced, white page gone, private messages back working, +1/thanks finally gone again (dislike that :-P), directly jumping to advanced post editing on posting and I CAN FINALLY EDIT MY POSTS WITHOUT GOING THROUGH VBULLETIN HELL yay!

If you now also clean up the contents you can save yourself the work of setting up phpbb for now :-P

Just wondering what you did, just threw a fresh install over the old database?

Cool.. nice job. I can actually post now without having to go to advanced. Will all our existing users/threads be migrated over, or will we need to create new user accounts and this forum will just be put in a read-only archive mode?

Honestly, these forums are running good enough to keep.. I'm fixing what is broken with themes and after that installing a GREAT theme for here.. So we might not move anywhere, although I still have to talk to the sysops about it.
