Why can't I challenge to duel in terr in pub? Why is shark allowed but not terr?

Attaching is freq-specific. Own freq = no attaching. Bot can control who can be on the freq.

All ships should be able to duel.

I always thought Lanc duelling should be a thing.

Lanc is a fighter just like Warbird and Spider.
