Clean Up the Forum

The forum is clustered with a plethora of subforums that have virtually no activity.

Solution:

Merge some of the subforums to increase views and activity. It will undoubtedly make the forum more organized and easier to navigate around.

Cut off all the redundant subforums that nobody uses and/or merge them into a main category.
